Lifeway Computer Education shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, or liability arising from any transaction or dealing between a student/candidate and any third party.
The admission or enrollment of any candidate may be cancelled if the candidate is found involved in any criminal, unlawful, or objectionable activity.
All affiliated/authorized institutes and study centres shall function according to the guidelines, policies, and standards prescribed by Lifeway Computer Education.
All students/candidates enrolled through a Lifeway centre must follow the rules, regulations, discipline, and instructions issued by the Centre Head/Branch Head.
Any confidential information provided by Lifeway Computer Education, including login credentials, user IDs, passwords, administrative information, documents, and other confidential materials, must not be disclosed or shared with any unauthorized third party.
Courses offered by Lifeway Computer Education are intended to provide students with knowledge and skills for education, professional development, and self-employment opportunities.
All fees, affiliation charges, service charges, or other applicable payments shall be made through the officially approved payment method/account of Lifeway Computer Education. Centre Directors/Branch Heads should not make or accept unauthorized cash transactions on behalf of the organization.
Lifeway Computer Education may provide free or subsidized education to eligible physically challenged/divyang students as per the organization's applicable policies.
Every affiliated/authorized centre must submit its monthly report in the prescribed format to the Head Office within the specified time.
Fees once paid shall generally be non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically approved by Lifeway Computer Education under its applicable policy.
All institutes/centres must operate in accordance with the rules, regulations, policies, academic standards, and operational guidelines of Lifeway Computer Education.
By taking admission, affiliation, authorization, or any service from Lifeway Computer Education, the concerned student, centre, or representative confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these rules and regulations.
Lifeway Computer Education reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these rules and regulations whenever required.
